MSOD Event: Changing Work for a Changed World

In the post-pandemic era, the workplace has become almost unrecognizable compared to just two years ago. Traditional concepts of workplace, leadership, teaming, employee engagement, organizational design and diversity/equity/inclusion have metamorphosed overnight as organizational leaders and managers have attempted to pivot, constantly, to adapt.

In this session, Dr. Neil Walshe, professor of Organizational Behavior, will host a roundtable discussion with three MSOD Alums working in HR and OD roles, learning about how they have addressed the considerable challenges of the pandemic and worked to help adapt their organizations to the changed (and still changing) work environment.
