This course focuses on interaction process skills for school professionals. Collaboration concepts are the pivotal points for the analysis of interpersonal problem solving as utilized with the service delivery models of teams, consultation, and co-teaching. The development of effective communication skills is paramount to case management in interdisciplinary settings for students from diverse cultural, linguistic and/or ethnic backgrounds.
